A NEW and Improved EASY INSTALL loading door for the Daisy Red Ryder!
The Red Ryder is a heck of a lot of fun, however there's room for improvement...
The original loading door is stiff and is nearly impossible to remove and install in the gun. No more! This improved loading door not only reduces the difficulty of inserting BBs, but also slides more easily, all while also recessing the arrow to prevent catching on the barrel or shot tube. There is also a bevel installed in the new door allowing you to simply dump the BBs rapidly by tilting the gun with the door open. Super useful for clearing when using my Red Ryder Cork Conversion Muzzle Adapter. These improvements make loading and unloading the Red Ryder so much easier!
This part is 3d printed from high quality black PLA plastic and installs and uninstall easily.
To install, simply remove the old loading door by removing the muzzle with a screw driver, then soaking the old loading door in hot water. Optionally, you can cut off the top ridge of the old loading door to remove quickly and easily. Push the old door out with a long screw driver or long non-marring object. Finally, push the new loading door into place. Done!
Removing of the new loading door does NOT require any hot water or anything fancy. It can be pushed out by hand. Much improved!
